Deer Lakes students who attend A.W. Beattie recently participated in a College Fair at the Career Center where more than 40 post-secondary schools and military branches were represented.

While it is a common misconception that Beattie only prepares students for the workforce, each program also prepares them for pursuing post-secondary education.

The Career Center's programs have a variety of articulation agreements with colleges and universities, as well as scholarships awarded at the end of their senior year.
